In 2002, I made a promise to myself that I would buy an investment property in my homeland of England, UK.
Then in 2004, when I took a new job in Grand Rapids I became an accidental landlord, when we decided to rent out our UK home. A 3-year assignment turned into a place I now call home!
In 2008, I actively started looking at investment properties in Grand Rapids. In the first year, we acquired 5 properties and have since acquired 20+ more rentals. We've also done a few flip houses along the way.
That ignited the passion for Real Estate within me, so I acquired my real estate license, so that I could assist others with Property transactions.

HOW I HELP MY CLIENTS

As a former engineer and Program Manager for 12 years, I am data-driven and understand the needs of the discerning client. I have an eye for detail and a creativity to make a dysfunctional space, functional again. Bring me that property challenge!

I have visited many countries over the past 20 years and I have grown to appreciate different cultures and enjoy meeting people from all over the world. Having relocated 3 times, I also understand the stresses of entering a foreign country and can help others settle into the wonderful Grand Rapids area.

Whether you're selling your current home, looking for your first home, or buying an investment property for your future, I am here for you.
I work hard by combining:

• The marketing power of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate;
• The structured thought process of an engineer, and
• The undying passion for all that real estate brings
